Improvements could be made by the male doctors listening more to what is being said to them by the patients. Female doctors seem to have more time and patience. They also follow up, at least that is what I have found.

Repeat prescriptions is the luck of the draw. Some times they get it right. But if its wrong like most times you have to wait 4 days to get it. Even is you have run out of the medication they are not bothered even that its there falt.
